1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of MavicxTech ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access or utilize our software and consulting services.

2. Scope of Services

MavicxTech provides custom web development, mobile application engineering (iOS & Android), UI/UX and brand design, search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, and ongoing technical maintenance. Detailed deliverables, project milestones, and delivery schedules are formalized in individual client service contracts or scopes of work.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment for contracted project deliverables, all customized codebases, design assets, and visual materials produced specifically for the client shall become the intellectual property of the client, subject to third-party open-source licenses where applicable.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary assets, API credentials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to maintain project velocity. Delays caused by lack of required client inputs may adjust project delivery timelines.
