1. Service-Based Model
MavicxTech delivers customized digital engineering, design, and software architecture services. Because our services require significant manual work, engineering hours, and computing resource allocations, fees paid for completed milestone work are generally non-refundable once approved.
2. Milestone Cancellations
If a client requests project cancellation prior to the commencement of an unstarted milestone, any advance deposit paid specifically for that unstarted milestone will be refunded minus applicable banking processing fees and already incurred discovery costs.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Revisions
We stand behind our work. If any deliverable fails to meet the approved written specifications, our team provides dedicated revision cycles and QA debugging at no additional cost until the work satisfies all contracted criteria.
